Fees
Blades Insolvency Services’ charging policy relating to fees and disbursements incurred in formal insolvency appointments is outlined here.
Statement of Insolvency Practice Number 9 (“SIP 9”) explains the rights of creditors with regards to insolvency practitioners’ fees. In particular it explains how insolvency practitioners seek approval for their fees, the information that creditors may expect to receive in order to make an informed decision and what a creditor may do if they are not satisfied with the level of fees.
Privacy
Blades Insolvency Services (“the practice”) publishes two privacy statements. One is in respect of persons dealing with the practice and is shown here.
The second relates to formal appointments undertaken by insolvency practitioners employed by the practice. The statement, which explains the rationale for there being a separate privacy policy in respect of formal insolvency appointments, is shown here.
